Welcome to the Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) Training Program here at Within Thin Lines!
Our training center offers a comprehensive Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) program designed to equip medical professionals, first responders, and tactical personnel with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively manage and treat casualties in high-threat environments. Our program is accredited by the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) and recognized by the Committee for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care, ensuring that participants receive realistic, scenario-based training that meets the highest standards in the industry.
Program Objectives:
- Provide participants with a deep understanding of the principles and guidelines of Tactical Emergency Casualty Care.
- Equip participants with the knowledge and skills to assess and manage trauma patients in high-threat, dynamic environments.
- Train participants in the use of specialized equipment and techniques for treating casualties in tactical situations.
- Prepare participants to effectively integrate into tactical teams and work collaboratively to provide life-saving care in challenging situations.
- Empower participants to make rapid, evidence-based decisions in high-stress, high-stakes scenarios.
Our TECC training program covers a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:
1. Introduction to TECC principles and guidelines
2. Threat assessment and scene safety
3. Hemorrhage control and wound management
4. Airway management and ventilation
5. Tactical casualty movement and evacuation
6. Use of improvised and specialized medical equipment
7. Team-based approach to casualty care in tactical environments
8. Simulated realistic scenarios and practical exercises

Our Tactical Emergency Casualty Care Courses (TECC & TECC-LEO) are accredited through ILETSB to offer your members credit hours for the state mandate. Please inquire with us upon registration to initiate the credit assignment procedures in our training.
