MINI-MARATHON
Welcome to our foundation's page dedicated to our mission to complete the Indy Mini Marathon 2024! We are on a mission to raise funds for a cause that is close to our hearts - the survivability and well-being of our First Responders and members of our Military Communities.
At our foundation, we believe in providing perseverance through communication and understanding, guidance through resources and education, and health advocacy through influence and coaching. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that everyone goes home safely. This is why we focus on imperative training, accredited education, access to dependable gear supply, and most importantly, mental health resilience for those who serve our communities and country.
This year, Flight Medics from a local MEDEVAC unit will be participating in collaboration of members of other units and members of the First Responder agencies, to complete the INDY MINI Marathon with a Meaning to raise awareness to and honor all those who have perished in the line of duty and active service to our nation within this past year.
As a veteran-owned and first responder-operated charity 501c3, the Within Thin Lines Foundation stands dedicated to improving the training, education, access to gear supply, agency preparation, and mental health resilience of all first responders and members of the Armed Forces.
We invite you to support our cause by considering a donation as we send this team to complete the Indy Mini Marathon with a special mission - carrying a littered mannequin throughout the event to symbolize their commitment to bringing everyone home. All proceeds of the donations raised for this cause will assist our mission. By supporting the Within Thin Lines Foundation, you will not only make a difference in the training, education, and gear access of your First Responders and Military Members across this nation, but also provide them a resource for mental health support and resilience coaching.
All proceeds of our donations and sponsorships will go directly to the support of local First Responders and Veterans:

Supporting the Within Thin Lines' "Responder Lifeline" Peer support hotline

Enabling our crisis team to deliver critical incident debriefing and crisis management support to agencies in need.

Allowing our education team to deliver imperative life-saving medical training to local first responders free of cost (i.e. Medical First Aid classes, CPR Classes, K9 medical training, Tactical Emergency Casualty Care training).

Enabling our foundation to deliver Mental Health Resilience Workshops nationwide to all First Responders and Military Communities.

Promoting the operations and maintenance of the Within Thin Lines Training and Support Center located in Orland Park, IL.

Providing life-saving medical gear to first responders and service members who do not have access to these items (i.e. authentic Tourniquets, Individual First Aid Kits, and Medical Trauma Response Kits and AED's).
Please consider supporting this mission, as together, we can make a stride towards our mission. Your support will assist our foundation with obtaining training gear, classroom supplies, and maintenance for the WTL foundation's Mental Health Support, the Responder Lifeline.
