CADRE OF PHYSICAL FITNESS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT

Hello, my name is Steve and I’m a police officer currently operating as a field training officer for new police officers coming out of the police academy and officers retreading back into patrol functions from previous unit assignments. When I’m not at work, I’m doing some rotation of physical training, video games, being with my friends and family, learning something new from YouTube, and going to the movie theater. I answered the call for public service because I couldn’t imagine a nobler line of work other than helping people in their times of need. I believe in always taking steps, whether small or large, to progress and become better than you were yesterday. That’s where education and training come into play and one of the reasons I’m exhilarated to be a able to give back to the service community as a WTL Cadre member.
